FOXNews.com - Health - Gov't Updates Food Pyramid Guidelines Finally a list about weith control and eating that makes sence! I usually get the 30 minutes of walking a day, and hit the gym 3 days a week for about 50-80 minutes. Guess what, I have a healthy weight for my height with fair muscle tone. Granted, it's easier for someone to maintain a healthy weight than to work towards it, but it does work!

I'd add to their reccomendations eating a light dinner and more calories during the day. It'll make you less likely to put calories to fat, and more likely to burn them during the day.
